WHEN YOU WANT A QUICK FIX:
THE BIKINI-EMERGENCY-PLAN
THERE IS NOT ALWAYS ENOUGH TIME FOR ALL PHASES OF THE ALMASED DIET
If you want to lose some pounds quickly for a special event or a trip to the beach, the Bikini-Emergency-Plan can help. And while other diets often have an unwanted side effect – the body goes into starvation mode and slows down its metabolism – the Bikini-Emergency-Plan has quite the opposite effect.
ALMASED 3 TIMES A DAY
During the first week, have 2 Almased shakes made from 8 level tablespoons (50 g) of Almased mixed with 300-360 ml of cold liquids and one meal of a liquid consistency, such as home-made vegetable broth.
ONE DELICIOUS MEAL EACH DAY
In the morning: 8 level tablespoons (50 g) Almased mixed with 300-360 ml of cold liquids
At lunchtime: Vegetables and/or salad plus lean chicken, fish or tofu
In the evening: 8 level tablespoons (50 g) Almased mixed with 300-360 ml of cold liquids
ANY TIME YOU LIKE: VEGETABLE BROTH
Chop approximately one pound of any fresh or frozen vegetables – the more variety, the better (e.g. broccoli, leeks, carrots, tomatoes, onions, beans, celery, spinach, peas, cabbage, peppers). Cover with approx. 64 oz of water and cook until tender. Strain the broth, discarding the solid parts. Season the remaining broth with herbs and sea salt, and drink at intervals during the day. If you do not have time to make this broth yourself, drink low sodium 100% vegetable juice instead.
IMPORTANT: HAVE PLENTY TO DRINK
In addition, you should drink at least 2 litres of (preferably mineral-rich) water per day.
