
Open Face Ham and Egg Sandwich with Pickled Beets
Ingredients (for 2 People):
whole wheat bread ham (3.5 oz) eggs canola oil glass pickled beets (12 oz drained weight) salt paprika

Preparation
Put ham on bread slices. Fry eggs sunny side up in 1 tsp of oil. Season eggs with salt and paprika and top bread with egg. Drain pickled beets and drizzle with 1 tsp of oil. Serve beets with open-face sandwich.
