Sweet N' Sour Cod

Ingredients (for 2 People):

soy sauce fennel seeds lemon cod (fresh or frozen) oyster mushrooms leek stalk carrots vegetable juice sweet chili sauce sesame seeds salt and chives brown rice

Preparation

Mix soy sauce, fennel seeds and lemon juice and sprinkle over fish fillet. Slice mushrooms, leeks and carrots. Bring vegetable juice and chili sauce to a boil, then add mushrooms and vegetables and after that add fish and marinade. Season with some salt, cover and cook for about 8 minutes. Serve fish on a bed of vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Serve with brown rice, cooked per instructions.
