
Sweet N' Sour Cod
soy sauce fennel seeds lemon cod (fresh or frozen) oyster mushrooms leek stalk carrots vegetable juice sweet chili sauce sesame seeds salt and chives brown rice
1 portion contains about 470 calMix soy sauce, fennel seeds and lemon juice and sprinkle over fish fillet. Slice mushrooms, leeks and carrots. Bring vegetable juice and chili sauce to a boil, then add mushrooms and vegetables and after that add fish and marinade. Season with some salt, cover and cook for about 8 minutes. Serve fish on a bed of vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Serve with brown rice, cooked per instructions.
