Cabbage Salad with Turkey
Ingredients (for 2 people):
white cabbage (1/2 head) • small red bell pepper • chili pepper • apple • small banana • vinegar • lemon juice • apple juice • water • canola oil • turkey breast • salt and pepper

Preparation
Cut cabbage in fine strips, add salt and briefly mash with a potato masher. Finely chop chili pepper, cut bell pepper into strips and cut apple and banana into thin slices. Combine all ingredients. Prepare a dressing from vinegar, lemon juice, apple juice, water and 1 Tbsp of oil. Pour over the salad and let sit for 30 minutes. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Cut turkey breast into strips and fry until golden brown and crisp. Season with salt and pepper and add to the salad.
