I’ve been trying to lose weight for a long time and just never could do it. One afternoon, I came across Almased when I was reading a magazine. Their ad caught my attention with the phrase “Almased can help you lose weight while staying full”. So I bought a can of Almased at Walgreens shortly after.

I tried it immediately after arriving home to see what it tasted like. I mixed it with a no calorie, sugar-free pineapple/coconut water and added flaxseeds, chia seeds, and a little shredded coconut. It tasted great like that! One thing I noticed was that I wasn’t hungry for quite a while after drinking it.

It’s been over a month since I started using Almased, and I have seen a tremendous difference in my weight and how I feel overall. I’ve lost 20 pounds; I’m down to 160 pounds from 180. I have more energy throughout the day and I’m sleeping better. I don’t have cravings or hunger pangs. I’m no longer eating a heavy dinner or eat when I’m bored.

I also noticed a positive difference in my hair and nails too, which wasn’t something I was expecting. It probably has to do with all the vitamins in Almased.

My goal is to get down to 130 pounds and I feel confident that I can reach it using Almased and with my daily walking routine.
