Peach Melba

Ingredients (for 1 person):

8 Tbsp Almased  •  7 oz unsweetened almond milk  •  1/4 medium peach  •  10 fresh raspberries  •  2 tsp extra virgin olive oil  •  1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Into a blender add almond milk, peach, and raspberries. Blend for two seconds, then add Almased, oil, and vanilla extract. Blend again until smooth, then pour into a cup and enjoy!
