Cheese Salad with Grapes and Nuts

Ingredients (for 2 people):

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar  •  2 Tbsp apple juice  •  2 tsp walnut oil  •  1 bunch chives  •  salt and pepper  •  1/2 onion  •  3.5 oz cheddar cheese  •  3 oz grapes  •  10 walnut halves  •  2 slices rye bread

Preparation

Mix together vinegar, juice, oil, some water, chopped chives, salt and pepper. Dice onion and slice cheese. Cut grapes in half, deseed them and chop nuts finely. Mix everything together and pour the salad dressing on top. Serve with rye bread.
